Rules governing eligibility are given in the description of each of the competitions.

Entry Fee

Entry fee is $20.00 for the first competition and $10.00 for each additional competition.

Entrants are encouraged to enter more than one competition. Entry forms are located in the competition booklet and are also available on this website.

Payments can be submitted with your mailed in (or delivered) entry forms or you can e-transfer to:

All prize winners will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the Annual Awards Ceremony.


There are three ways to enter, please choose one:
1. Entries may be filled out and submitted on this website, or

2. Entries may be made on the forms provided in the Competition Booklet and mailed to:

3. Entries may be made on the forms provided in the Competition Booklet and delivered to:

 Veseys Seeds, York, PE  Attention: Glenn Holmes with the necessary fees and photos (if applicable) by June 30, 2024.


All prizes are presented at the Annual Awards Ceremony in October 2024.

Only the winners will be notified upon completion of judging.


Cash and other prizes totalling up to $15,000.00 have been generously donated by individuals, businesses, The Robert L. Cotton Trust and the Prince Edward Island Government.

Please note Photos are Required for the following competitions

For Community Spirit, Farm Home Improvement, Home Improvement, Community Building Improvement, and Commercial Building Improvement competitions, you must make a list of all improvements you or your group plan on making and they must accompany the entry form. Photographs of your property prior to the project commencing must accompany the entry form or they can be emailed to:
